Master Jimmy Tay
Holds a black belt awarded by the Singapore Taekwondo Federation. He has an NCAP Coaching Certificate in Taekwondo conferred jointly by the SIngapore Sports Council and the STF.
He also holds the Taekwondo Referee's Certification awarded by SSC and STF. He was a member of the tournament department and a national referee. He was also an assistant secretary of the SPEX 21 Youth Training Scheme.
His teaching experience includes conducting classes at various CCs and RCs such as Tanglin CC since 1990, Thomson CC since 1993, Moulmein CC since 1995 and Compassvale RC since 2001.
